課程概述

The course is designed for graduate and senior under-graduate students who are interested in epidemiology on nutrition (nutritional epidemiology) and the topics of nutrition, dietary habits, and the health outcomes. Professor Sasaki and Assistant Professor Murakami, from the University of Tokyo, will conduct the teaching during the summer time. 

課程目標
The course will provide the following contents:
1. What is public health nutrition, and what is nutritional epidemiology?
2. Dietary assessment methods
3. Use of dietary data for researches and practice in public health and in clinics
4. Analysis and interpretation of dietary data
5. Application of findings by nutritional epidemiologic studies to public health
